Ariana manages the Fur Insider Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest accounts, creating cohesive and engaging content across platforms. She has grown the Instagram account by more than 2k followers, achieving an average of 120k monthly page views. On Pinterest, her strategic idea pin creations have reached more than 500k accounts and 1 million impressoins, driving significant audience engagement. Ariana captured video content at a photoshoot in collaboration with the International Fur Federation. She utilizes this content to produce engaging reels and paid advertisements for Facebook and Instagram, ensuring alignment with the campaign’s objectives. Additionally, Ariana contributes to the Fur Insider website by writing blog posts that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Social Media and Content Creation, Pologeorgis

Ariana manages the Pologeorgis Instagram account, which has reached 216k accounts over three months—a 1,041% increase in reach and 168% boost in engagement compared to the previous period. During this time, Instagram drove 75% of all social network referrals on Shopify. Ariana also manages the LinkedIn and TikTok accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. Ariana attends photoshoots to capture dynamic video content for Reels and TikTok, enhancing the brand’s storytelling. In addition to social media management, her contributions include editing e-commerce videos, writing blog posts, covering in-store events, creating website copy, and supporting social media campaigns for initiatives such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and influencer collaborations.

Digital Marketing and Editorial, TD Publishing

Ariana is the digital marketing manager at TD Publishing, an artificial intelligence agency specializing in CPA tools and educational courses. She manages email marketing campaigns, growing an audience of more than 7k in less than one year. She designs and edits a newsletter that provides updates on AI advancements, as well as promotes the company’s courses and books. Ariana also contributes to course development by designing marketing collateral and creating slide decks. Additionally, she contributed to website coding and development oversight and manages the company’s LinkedIn presence to enhance brand visibility.

In her previous role, Ariana contributed to editorial efforts by writing and editing 2-4 articles weekly, managing email marketing, supervising a team of nine interns, producing podcasts and designing collateral for a Substack newsletter. This newsletter covered diverse Web 3.0 topics, including cryptocurrency, the metaverse, artificial intelligence, sustainability, CRISPR genetic engineering and the creator economy. She successfully grew the newsletter to more than 200 subscribers with a 60% email open rate.

Hamptons Social Magazine

Ariana captured street-interview style video content for Hamptons Social Magazine. She interviewed attendees, including the creator of New York Fashion Week, for an event hosted by Hamptons Social and Figue.

Marketing Manager, Blakeworth

Ariana was the marketing manager for Blakeworth, a real estate design and investments company, and its subsidiaries Southlight Properies, a student housing company near Lehigh University, and HWood Living, a student housing company near Johns Hopkins University. She currently coordinates campus events and fosters community relations with students and organizations. Previously, she contributed to digital marketing efforts, growing Southlight’s Instagram reach to 300 followers and writing engaging blog content for the website.

Digital Marketing and Social Media, Oneiro

Ariana worked on digital marketing projects and social media management for Oneiro, a beauty startup, and Oneiro Villas, short-term rental vacation homes. She created and scheduled social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest, growing the Oneiro Instagram by 700 followers and the Oneiro Villas Instagram by 150 followers in three months. She edited the marketing strategy, contributed website design ideas, wrote blog posts, and emailed companies for podcast and magazine features. She reached out to influencers to join the Oneiro affiliate program and work on paid collaborations, as well as engaged with hotels, spas and STR vacation homes for Oneiro B2B sales.

Douglas Elliman Real Estate

As a marketing intern for Douglas Elliman Real Estate in NYC, Ariana managed the Douglas Elliman Brooklyn Instagram account and grew it by 600 followers in five months. She conducted social media competitive analysis on seven competing real estate companies and created a slide deck to present recommendations to the marketing team with ideas to improve future posting and engagement strategies. Ariana also selected NYC listings and photos to feature in advertisements for WSJ and NY Post and updated lifestyle categories on the website using CMS platforms. Additionally, she contributed ideas, strategies and visuals for campaigns, organized the Top 20 agents list for email deliverables, and organized promotional materials for agents and teams to increase outreach.

Marketing and Communications Intern, Lehigh Valley PBS and NPR

As the marketing and communications intern for Lehigh Valley Public Media, PBS and NPR, Ariana created three weekly newsletters reaching an audience of 17,000 subscribers. She created and scheduled daily social media posts for Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. She also wrote TV and radio scripts, wrote press releases, edited podcasts on Audition, updated live WordPress site pages, maintained a PR coverage grid and created email flyers for events. Utilizing her graphic design minor, she created social media graphics and project logos. She gained experience using the platforms MailChimp, Constant Contact, Asana and Adobe.

Co-Founder, The Fit Magazine

Ariana co-founded The Fit Magazine, a digital magazine for college students that focuses on fashion, beauty, fitness and lifestyle content. The magazine has expanded to 16 universities, 100+ staff and 80,000+ views on the website, with one of Ariana’s articles accumulating more than 25,000 views. She co-managed and grew the Instagram to 1,000+ followers, budgeted and edited writers’ stories, created headlines, and wrote SEO data and keywords. She was invited to attend a Katy Perry press conference on Zoom, which is her favorite piece covered for this magazine. Ariana also designed the website on WordPress, developed the creative direction, sold sweatshirt merchandise for fundraising, and collaborated with brands for virtual and in-person events.

The Brown and White

Ariana was the managing editor of new media for Lehigh University’s student-run publication, The Brown and White. She oversaw the audience (social media), multimedia and video departments. Ariana managed the integration of these departments and articles into the publication’s social media channels and website, created the weekly newsletter, and tracked analytics, engagement and audience development for both the website and Instagram. Additionally, she expanded the publication’s social media reach to TikTok.

Previously, Ariana was the social media manager/audience editor, and grew the publication’s Instagram by 450 followers. She managed social media platforms, created Instagram graphics, tracked content analytics and gained an understanding of audience development. Prior to this, she was deputy lifestyle editor. She wrote, edited articles and oversaw print and online production for a staff of 35. Before this role, Ariana was the head of multimedia and first to lead this new department. She created the publication’s first weekly broadcast series and edited podcasts.

Ariana was a social media intern for MadeMan, a men’s skincare start-up. She wrote blog posts, planned Instagram posts on Planoly, planned tweets on TweetDeck, designed graphics for Instagram and events, brainstormed ideas for influencer giveaways, and responded to tags and direct messages on the brand’s two Instagram accounts.
